12:00-2:00pm Lunch and Listen - "Dining Out Strategies - Oils to Avoid" 

2:30-4:30pm   Afternoon Session - "Deciphering Food Labels" 

4:30-6:30pm   Private Time to Reflect (and a clean pre-approved snack) 

6:30-7:30pm   Dinner and Discussion - "Setting Healthy Boundaries"


Day 2:

7:30-9:00am   Breakfast - Set eating intention for the day, quiet time with journaling prompts 

9:30-10:30am Beach Walk and Talk - "Food is Medicine"

11:00-12:00pm Customized workout - Choice of personal trainer, yoga, pilates, tennis or golf lessons

12:00-2:00pm  Lunch and Listen - "Food Prep Strategies"

2:30-4:30pm   Afternoon Session - Food shopping, continuation of deciphering food labels

4:30-6:30pm   Private Time to Reflect (and a clean pre-approved snack) 

6:30-7:30pm   Dinner and Discussion - Clean home cooked meal 


Day 3:

7:30-9:00am   Breakfast - Set eating intention for the day, quiet time with journaling prompts


9:30-10:30am Beach Walk and Talk - "Creating Healthy Micro-Habits" 

11:00-12:00pm Customized workout - Choice of personal trainer, yoga, pilates, tennis or golf lesson

12:00-2:00pm  Lunch and Listen - Review of healthy boundaries - "Dining Out and Travel Strategies" 

2:30-4:30pm    Afternoon Session - "Goal Setting and Meal Planning"

4:30-6:30pm    Private Time to Reflect (and a clean pre-approved snack) 

6:30-7:30pm    Dinner and Discussion - Review morning routine, daily eating intention, shopping list and Instacart set up.
